Upon receipt of a properly formatted takedown notice, we will take immediate action to remove or disable access to the content in question. Additionally, as required by law, we may provide the alleged infringer with a full copy of your notice, which may include your contact information, to facilitate transparency and communication.

Submitting a Counter-Notification

If you believe that the material was removed in error or was misidentified, you have the legal right to submit a counter-notification. Please include the following details:

• Identification of the content that has been removed or disabled, and its previous location on our service.
• Your complete contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement under penalty of perjury stating that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of error or misidentification.
• A statement affirming that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your area (or any judicial district where the service provider is located if you reside outside the U.S.) and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant or their agent.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

After we receive your counter-notification, we will provide it to the original complainant. Unless they notify us within 10–14 business days that they have filed a legal action, we may reinstate the material.
